At Eastminster Presbyterian Church, we believe learning and growing should never end. Jesus said, “I am the vine, you are the branches.” The older the branches become, the stronger they are and the more fruit they should produce.

To that end, Eastminster Presbyterian Church offers 4 diverse Sunday School classes to help adults of all ages to strengthen their faith and produce spiritual fruits.

adult Sunday School

All of our adult classes will begin this year of study with the series, “God Heard Their Cry.” This DVD/discussion Bible study hosted by Ray Vander Laan will take place in 3 parts. We will begin studying God’s Word in Egypt with Moses and the Pharaohs. We will then move into the desert and see where God led His people so He could shape them and mould them into a people He could use. Then we will go to the Promised Land and see how God continued to work in the lives of His people until Jesus was to come to complete that part of God’s work.

At the conclusion of “God Heard Their Cry,” each class will begin a new study designed specifically for their class. Among courses to be offered include studies of the life and teachings of Paul, an in-depth study of the Old Testament, “So I’m A Christian, Now What?”

adult program

All adults are encouraged to take part in a 6 week study, Unbinding Your Heart, offered at various times and each day of the week, This is an all-church/personal study on prayer and Faith Sharing. Additional Bible studies and educational programs that are offered throughout the year and are advertised in our weekly church newsletter and bulletin.
